I have received the following real life story in an e-mail from a friend.

Copying it here made a big difference to me - I felt (instead of just realising mentally  up till then) that even people whom I disliked make a difference.

I thank wholeheartedly the unknown teacher for her initiative, all the participants in the project, and the authors who recorded it and put it on the internet. They all chose to stay anonimous, and yet the engraved their gift into my heart. I hope your heart/mind/body/spirit will be enriched and healed too.
