REMEDIAL AND RELAXING MASSAGE

We sometimes take our body for granted, deeming it as unconscious simply because its consciousness is different... The body is wiser than we realize.

Catherine Wilkins, Healer, Author, Founder/Director of Fractology

Both Remedial and Relaxing Massage can help the body to relax, unwind and heal easier and quicker. People with different traits and sensitivity typically choose one or the other type of massage.

Remedial Massage is particularly helpful to both sedentary-intellectual and physically active high achievers and decisive people who drive their body by their mind, without being aware of their sensations until tensions, ache, pain, dysfunction or injury manifest in their body.

Then those clients request rather firm pressure in order to feel the release of uncomfortable sensations and enjoy Remedial Massage, including what they call "good pain" that they experience from pressure, which releases the stuck pain that was the problem.

Relaxing Massage is more gentle and is suited to sensitive people who want to unwind without feeling any discomfort in the process. For them this modality is equally effective as the Remedial Massage is for less sensitive people.

Regular Massage, either Remedial or Relaxing, helps reduce and prevent the physical, mental and emotional stress.

Body is the altar of the Soul.

Compatibility

Remedial Massage is compatible with most other modality4es and forms of healing - medical, traditional, complementary and self-healing.

However, Remedial Massage is incompatible with certain conditions, like thrombosis and some prescribed medication.

Therefore it is essential that the qualified practitioner be consulted for Remedial Massage.

Gentle Relaxing Massage is compatible with all other modalities and forms of healing.

When health is absent, wisdom can not reveal itself, strength cannot be exerted, wealth is useless, and reason is powerless.
