What someone else might perceive as difficulty in the zone it becomes a welcome challenge for our creative response and personal growth, to provide us with a pleasant and fulfilling confirmation of our true potential.

People typically experience this state in relation to their hobbies, even if those are very demanding, like high mountains climbing.

I did so for instance when I opted to heal my grief, depression and related body pains and aches after my father's death and broken relationship. I explored eevrything in my psyche and body with an open mind and radical honesty, which made my self-healing very interesting and effective.
