My motto is Everything Comes Up For Healing. When life gives us a rough deal, we want ti to improve and healing is the sustainable way to achieve that. When life is rather good, integral healing sustains it and keeps improving it.

Thinking like that activates powerfully the inherent psycho-somatic and spiritual healing forces at all times, which is the best prevention of any issues.

When people say, “Oh, here we go again!” because they dislike the repetitive dysfunctional pattern in themselves and their life, I think, “We have another opportunity to heal what we did not know how to heal last time. This time we’ll do better!”  That way life becomes its own best remedy.

I consider that life is about evolving meaningfully by learning to be increasingly appropriate for the highest wellbeing of all concerned.
